The63Solutions is an accounting and IT firm that was established in 2015 and we have produced a school management system called Coportal.
Coportal is a South African Online School management system dealing with mainly communication between teachers, Parents and Learners. The system provides online interaction amongst the above mentioned personnel and here are the key function that the system does:
Send announcements to both students and parents.
- First announcement is are general announcements like school calendar and any school notice like parents meetings
- The second announcements are does that are done by a teacher for students to inform them about the scope of a test or any other announcement directed to students
Allows a teacher to set an online test or home-work and students will gain access wherever they are
Allows a teacher to send any PDF file e.g study material or a previous question paper that a teacher wants to share with the students this saves school printing expenses.
Allows a teacher to report a student about their ill behaviour and a parent will receive an sms as well as an email.( We provide a 1000 sms a month but if a parent has our app they will receive unlimited notifications from the school.)
Allows a teacher to post a student’s marks and individual student will receive their results and parents can also view this to check the progress of their children.
